Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Makes 2 quarts
INGREDIENTS
1 1/3 cups cider vinegar
1 1/3 cups Dijon mustard ( mild)
1 1/3 cups honey
3 1/2-4 cups light oil
sea salt ( to taste)
pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl (or your food processor), whisk together the vinegar
and mustard. You can adjust the vinegar as desired. If you prefer less
tart dressing, slightly reduce the amount of vinegar and increase the
mustard.
To make a smaller amount use this ratio:
Combine equal portions of vinegar, honey and mustard.
Say, Y3 cup of each. These combined equal 1 cup.
Whisk in the same amount of oil which would be 1 cup of oil.
Super easy!
Use honey mustard vinaigrette on a Cajun spiced chicken salad
or as a non creamy coleslaw dressing.
